Ed Sheehan – Chief Operating Officer
Ed was directly responsible for establishing LBP Leasing 25 years ago. Today, Ed provides executive leadership, planning and management skills for LBP Leasing. Ed sets the company’s strategic direction for growth and profitability. He develops long-term objectives and standards of performance for all areas of the business. Ed earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and he is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
Scott Mazanec – Controller
Scott joins our team with more than 10 years of accounting experience, and has complete knowledge of the financial and accounting functions of LBP Leasing. Scott is responsible for the daily and monthly accounting procedures, and the company’s financial reporting. Among other duties, he also examines year-over-year and month-over-month financial trends to look for efficiencies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kent State University.
Karen Loebsack – Customer Relations Coordinator
Karen has worked at LBP Leasing for 25 years, and she has gained a wealth of knowledge in a wide variety of areas within the company. She provides a high level of professionalism and reliability. Karen enjoys working with our leasing customers, and great customer service is our competitive advantage. Karen also resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. She researches and gathers documentation to compile comprehensive reports. Karen is an asset to our team with her complex problem solving and teamwork.
Devin Pecsi – Domestic Sales & Distribution Manager
Devin, joins our team with more than five years of experience. He is responsible for domestic sales of end of lease equipment. Devin manages all operations involved from inquiries, sale of the copier, packaging, following up though delivery. He is a motivated individual who is continually working with our customer’s by utilizing his expert communication skills.
Mandie Wells – Operations Manager
Mandie brings more than 10 years of experience to our company as an operations manager. She has great organizational skills, attention to detail and provides excellent customer service. She creates all monthly invoices and sends them out in a timely manner. She also makes sure that pick up and delivery dates are accurate and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Denis Sluga – Inventory Specialist
Denis, who brings more than 5 years of experience to our team, serves in the key support role for the accuracy and integrity of the warehouse inventory. Denis coordinates and manages equipment that is returned after a lease. He inspects each device and coordinates repairs to meet industry standards, prepares products for export, and places them in a secure location until they are exported. Denis, who monitors inventory activities daily, works with management to update inventory control procedures and best practices for efficient and accurate export preparation
